Below are free online tests with a series of questions that will allow you to quickly assess your burnout level. The results of these tests are not medical diagnoses but allow a self-assessment of his level of emotional exhaustion. - The Copenhagen Burn-out Inventory is a test created in 2005 and assesses the three dimensions of Burnout: personal exhaustion, burnout and relationship exhaustion. It is the most widely used evaluation test in the world.
- The ProQOL, a quality of professional life scale, is a test focused more specifically on quality of life at work that takes into account compassionate fatigue. This test allows you to go further in the analysis if your exhaustion is of professional origin.
